'Curses and Sermons' is the second collaboration between Michael McClure and director Nic Saunders. It is the first production from 14167 Films.

With only the moon as his silent witness, a lone gunslinger digs an unmarked grave when a mysterious and beautiful stranger forces him to confront the man he has become and the man he could still be.

'Curses and Sermons' is inspired by the poetry of legendary American Beat poet Michael McClure and marks the first time McClure has allowed one of his poems to be adapted for the screen.
